Depression is a faster-growing disease in today's age. The people who are affected by depression go under isolation, frustration, and mantle imbalance slowly. Depressive people have a strong tendency to attack or killing other people and sometimes they commit suicide. This disease destroys people psychologically.

There could be many reasons for depression such as following –

Depression is sign of situations where a person feels lack of enthusiasm and loneliness. Depressive person starts seeing life aimless, dull and full of darkness. Such person cannot focus on any work, finds helpless, neglected and lonely.

Failure in life, challenging situations, unfulfilled wishes, and loss of loving ones are major reasons of this disease, depression.

Fourth house represents the feeling or inner soul of a person. Moon is the ruling planet of fourth house, so emotions are controlled by Moon.

"चंद्रमा मनसो जातश्च" (Chandrma Manso Jatasch) – Moon controls the Emotions.

Malefic, impure or debilitated Moon or affected by malefic planet, combined with Dragon’s Head or Tail, positioned in 6-8-12 house or  relation with planets which are related to these houses are signification of depression. Main factor of depression is malefic Moon.

The native can be affected by any disease when his/ her ascendant is weak or malefic along with weak and low degree of Sun and Moon. This indicates native’s low immunity power.

Dragon’s head is in the constellation of Mercury. As we know, malefic Moon is the main reason for depression. The Moon is with malefic effect in this chart.

Ascendant’s lord Sun is also in with malefic effect. The fourth house is under the influence of malefic effects. There is an eclipse in this chart which is pulling native towards depression.
